                                              Hearts Waiting,
                                                Our Wonder,
                                                   Togather

When do you think about me?
                                                                                What is it you see
In your mind's eye
                                                                                     When I
                                                                                               Appear.
Do you feel what I feel?
                                                                       The agony of wondering
What love there is
                                                                                  The sweet tease
Am I a flaming desire?
                                                                                Boiling your blood
                            Burning places
                            Your cheeks deny with red?

                            Am I a rock?
                                                            A strength you run to
                            Wisdom and comfort
                                              When nothing else seems right,
                            Real?

                            Or is the dream real?
                                                                                   When I see you
That soft glow, joy
                                                                         Soft crystal and water
Your eyes

The lightness
                                                                                    Lust fading
Longing unknown
                                                                       Knowing every thought
                                          Our hearts.
If I ask you
                                                                                What will you say
If you ask me
                                                                                   What will I feel?
Do you long to?
                                                                                      Do I?

My thoughts and dreams are of you
                                                                                      Am I?
My dearest dream,
                                                                                  My truest hope,
                    Wait for me,
                                                                  You have my love,
                                      Our wonder, our love

                                             Each other.
This was a poem I wrote a long time ago thinking about and feeling for the one girl in all my life I truly fell in love for.

We were both too young, and I was too blind, not by love, but by need, to know what love was. We were really close for several years (middle school on up through high), and our ages were a bit too far apart (3 years) for us just then.
We just drifted apart for the longest time, and I'm still not sure if we're friends or just memories.

But I promised her a place always in my heart, as a loving friend and more if she asks, and she accepted, and agreed the same.

And she taught me more than enough to change my life, and someone like that, I'll always treasure, and keep a promise in my heart.

I've got a bigger heart than anyone should, and have been truly loving to a small number of rare friends, but, she was someone special.
She made me realize how truly vulnerable, and yet so full of strength and life anyone could be, she made me realize that there *are* people who are more beautiful than a poet's feel for a moment, a sunrise/set, the night, death, life...beautiful because they have a power inside of them that makes them physically glow...gah, I'm not even able to write it!
She was the first one in all my life to show that there really is a thing as love, even if between friends.

Words are paints and liquids to a poet because often, it is a poet who argues that words are never right, never quite enough.

Anyhow, this is an experimental, and erotic-to-the soul piece, about a place that only the best sex between deeply, limitlessly and vibrantly connected lovers may take...and sometimes, just sometimes, just being alone togather will take them farther and further than sex or love alone.
After all, it's written in that style and form you visit where words seem to be feelings and feelings seem to be a voice, and colors.

As the title suggests, read the passages on the left as one part, the ones on the right as another, and then read them however you'd like going down, it even works as a single piece if you go line by line.

For all the ones who've ever felt such boundless love and things words can't describe, I dedicate this piece.

And to one special person, A very treasured friend, just be safe, happy, and free always wherever you are, and may choose to be.
